7 Memories at the Living Well Health Expo
Along with 28 vendors offering resources to older adults, 7Memories.com took the opportunity to display the 7 Memories Series of books and meet the many vital older adults who attended the expo. In particular, 7 Memories: Write Your Memoir in 28 Days, was a big hit. Attendees heard presentations on eye health, laughter yoga, arthritis, and kinesiology.
The Living Well Health Expo, sponsored by The San Diego Coalition on Aging, is an anual free event. The coalition is a multidisciplinary organization organization that promotes education, awareness, and networking to the Greater San Diego area to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
